I bought a LS motor from spooledex, I go to turn the crank pulley to see if it's still straight, and the thing wont turn. He told me the motor is working and in good condition, and that it was stored outside for a couple weeks, with just a tarp covering it. Would this stop the crank from turning?

 

take the plugs out?

 

it will still turn even if the plugs are in, but its harder to do........

 

condensation might have got in from where the plugs are /...where there any plugs or wires covering the spark plugs?

 

when I got the motor, there were spark plugs in it. I also found water where the spark plugs were. I took the water out, took the plugs out, even took the cams out....and the crank didnt turn....I dont think i want to fix this, so im just goin to get my money back
