only 6 bolt holes in the light fly wheel for the pressure plate
i bought a light weight fly wheel for my da.didn't count the pressure plate bolt holes in the damn thing before i got the motor in and started to put it in together.any way, there is only 6 bolt holes in the light weight fly wheel, is this safe????does it sound right, or should i be worried?
alright hold up, clarify real quick. are there 6 bolts holding the flyhweel to the crank.
or
6 bolts holding the pressure plate/clutch disk to the flyhweel ?
If there is 6 bolts holding the flywheel to the crank, I WOULD be worried and would not start the car, there should be 8. If there is 6 bolts holding pressure plate/clutch to flywheel, than your fine. As long as you torqued everything to spec.
Correct amount for an integra.
There 8 bolts for flywheel to crank
There is 6 bolts holding pressure plate/clutch disk to flywheel.

Sounds like a honda if you go by his username, B18. What brand is it? I would call up the manufacturer to see if you have the wrong one, because my guess is that you do.
