I think it would be an extremely smart decision to do that. Just imagine how many more people from this area would actually go up there vs. Danville.

Apparently this has been in the works since it was built, but never got started. If they are looking for more revenue, this would be the answer.

They should build an ebisu circuit. I wish someone would build a dedicated drift motorsports park. I wish I had a bank roll.

No wonder they aren't going to fix their dragstrip and why the NHRA isn't coming back.

i would think they would use the strip as a straight like some of the others do.

NHRA leaves for a few years, IHRA comes in. NHRA comes back for a few years then leave again. It is a perpetual cycle.
