Up for sale is my Rock Island GI 1911, the gun is a little over a year old and has less than 200 rounds fired through it ( never even finished the break in period). I bought this gun because I was liking the 1911 line and this was the perfect starter weapon for 1911 enthusiast that didn't cost an arm and a leg. The gun is in excellent condition from the barrel to the grips and has seen limited use. I have cleaned and oiled this firearm twice a month even when I've not gone to the range. I was using this as my CW but it was a little too bulky even for a guy my size so I just put it in the case and left it alone. The extras that come along with the gun are as follows:

1- 9 round Novak Magazine
3- 7 round US 1911 Magazine ($17 x3)
1- UTG Nylon black shoulder holster that carries the weapon as well as 2 additional mags($25)
1- in the pants dual magazine holster ($15)
1- 25 rounds of Winchester Ranger Defensive Carry rounds (great ammo, this is what some law enforcement agencies still carry) ($26)
1- Original Black Carry case that the gun came in .
1- Set of Houge Black Diamond Grips (these are installed on the gun now and makes the firearm very manageable) ($20)

I am the original owner of the gun and I still have the receipt from when I purchased it. This gun alone with just the 1 magazine and carry case retails for $400 + Im willing to sale all of this for $460 OBO..... Of course like anything else here all VA state laws will apply and I will require that the buyer sign a bill of sale, this will protect the both of us.....ANY REASONABLE OFFER WILL NOT BE REFUSED!!!!!!!

I am in no way in a rush to sale this firearm so I will not reply to low ball offers. I am willing to talk to anyone that would like more info about this weapon, but I will not participate in any deal that will manipulate the laws of VA or the US.

I appreciate it guys....The gun is in great shape, I carried for about a month because it felt nice to carry a 1911 and being that it was my first 1911 I didn't feel any need to go out and drop $800-$900 for something that would be more for collector purpose than carry. Im a big guy so it was very comfortable to carry and if I had the money I would be going commander style on it, but I have a car that Im trying to build up so away it goes. BTT
