i know there has been a lot done on research by people on here about getting a strip here, so can you all share what you have dug up. i have a essay to do on arguing/pursuading, and this is my topic. and any info you give, give a source to it if you can... thanks a lot everyone, i apreciate any and all info you give

 

I was told in Ap Gov. class that we cant change any laws in VA. the Gen Assembly, choose not to give us that right. Yall might wanna look that up.
