Default weird noise from back right wheel

ok i got a 2000 civic SI and some weird noise is coming from my back right tire.
It sounds like to me the brake isnt fully releasing
it is bad in reverse and you just hear it a couple times in forward gears almost like the rotor is warped in a small area when going forward but is constant in reverse

any ideas?

Brake rotors are usually not exactly flat and true when they're mounted, so if you have a brake pad dragging for some reason (caliper piston not releasing, etc) then that could be the issue. And yeah, could be a wheel bearing. How does the noise change when you change speeds?
