Im just so busy with work and school, that i never have time to play with my 360 anymore. this console was straight from microsoft so basically its brand new. you can check the dates and serial numbers on the back of the console to clarify. it renewed my xbox live membership automatically, so your getting a year of free xbox live. it come with rock band with a bunch of songs paid for plus ofcourse the mic, drums, and guitar. comes with COD4 with map pack, MLB 2k9, and lastly Condemed 2. 360 has a 20gb HD, comes with a wireless controller, head set, and all cables. the games and 360 all comes with there original boxes, and manuals. this 360 was never messed with or modded in any way. more than glad to test everything before the sale. come get your 360 before the new cod comes out! please call me at 757 292 1213. thankyou
