i'm buying a better flowing header and did not want a test pipe and i have been looking into Random Technology since someone on the forum mentioned them regarding high flow cats. anyone have any experience with them?

I got a cat from them years ago. When I installed it and started the car something was rattling around in it so I called them. I was sort of near them at the time and they told me to bring it to them.

They made me a new one while I waited and I never had a problem with it again.

my dad has their stainless steel 3" downpipes and 3" test pipes with high flow cats on his 300zxtt. The welds were nice, the fit was great and he's able to pass emissions with a decently modified, turbo car so I'd say their products are good.

I did a full exhaust from the head to the bumper when I did mine, so I couldn't say. I wouldn't look for huge gains unless your current cat is blocked.

I passed Georgia emissions as well.

not looking for anything outside of 1-3whp, just something higher flowing than stock w/o getting a test pipe...they seem to be the only alternative. i talked to them on the phone and they're real helpful
