Default civic hatch sub and amp question

I was just wondering what kind of subs you guys with hatches use. I wanna put a system in my civic hatch
and was wondering what size sub is good in a hatchback vehicle. I only want one sub in a ported box but lemme know what works for you guys.

Thanks again

Now that I have found out that a good 10" sub is good for me which sub exactly should i get?

I have had good experience with an Alpine Type R 10 in my old Jetta but wanted to try something different.

On a $500 budget for sub amp and box and wiring what do you guys suggest?

I typically roll with a $5 footlong and I don't drink amp, that shit gives me the jitters.

Green amp tastes so good though, and $5 footlongs are nice also. In my civic I used a Pioneer Premier double din, T1 Rockford Fosgate 10" competition sub, and a rockford fosgate amp and run a decent gauge wire, and it beat like a champ.

You won't need anything more than a 10 inch and I'd go with a sealed enclosure.

Unless you wana rattle your brain loose all day n all night, if it's a nice sub I wouldn't go more then a 10" in a hatch especially, let alone my civic.
