If you're scared to drive in the rain then you need to GTFO of the way. It's just f'n rain and a little wind people WTF! "Lets all drive 40 in a 55 and block the road beause we suck at driving." This country needs actual driving tests, not "can you memorize a few laws" tests.

Oh... the other one that gets me. When I'm waiting to turn left into my neighborhood and the oncoming car is also turning onto the same street (right turn for them) and the moron stops because they don't understand they have the right of way.

Yeah that wouldn't exactly be good for the economy, but I do think people should be trained better.

that second part pisses me off everyday. i am a calm driver but when im waiting for that person to turn right and they jus stop and stare at me, i jus start foaming. and then when im the one turning right i get honked at and tailgated for having the right away.
