Parts of East Oceanview, my neighborhood wasn't bad except for my street not getting power back till sunday afternoon.

Looking for cheap, gonna be selling/renting the house soon. Don't have the carpet/padding, just took the old carpet out since the dog decided she wanted to see what was underneath of it.

Don't have any carpet to put in yet, but could get it...
