yeah pretty much what happened was I down on PA road and holland road near va beach court house I was doing 45 mph relized I was speeding and slowed to 35 this green explorer hit me in back and I got out my car he told me to pull my car off the road and I thought it was a good idea. So I did and he took off...I called the cops and he said he doubts they will catch him.

he is Hispanic about 5'7" 130 lbs If any one see these tags please pm me

 

when he took off which way did he go? toward the beach side of PA? toward like target on PA? north landing? or holland? if he ran toward holland i'll keep an eye out im over there

When I was a victim of a hit and run the cop couldnt do a damn thing because we were missing the last digit of the license plate. Maybe you can go down to the DMV and get some addresses from guessing the last few digits and investigate from there. The cops wont do a damn thing unless you get all the other person's info... which is impossible when they run.

Was your car damaged more than his? That was the only thing that was comforting to me is that the other guy had about 5x the damage from what I could tell

well I was on the phone with 911 when he took off so we told them the plate and when they cop came we started second guesssing our selves over the numbers but when he ran the plate t came back as a ford 93 and it said sold. so what are the odds we get the plate wrong but it still comes back as a 93 ford becuase he was in an older explorer
