Craftsman Dog Bone Tool
Beware Guys... Craftsman Tools are made in China Now.
Was at my Sears today and they had the new dog bone wrench and was going to buy one except on the label "contents made in China" and also nothing is stamped, all either printed or laser etched! I hope that this is not a sign of things to come from Craftsman! My stance is not made in U.S.A, not going to buy! Looks like a Wal-Mart chinese hand tool.

Thread title should read, Craftsmen, since it is all the tools, not just the dog bone, correct? IF the quality is the same, and the lifetime warranty is still good, doesn't bother me.
That’s pretty disconcerting, the Chinese suck at making tools. All of my Craftsmen stuff is forged and made in the USA.
It seems most Craftsman handtools are still made in the US but some of the newer more gimmichy stuff like the dog bone wrench are made in China.

Craftsman shit has been bad for a long time now.
If it isn't blackhawk, MAC or snap-on, I Usually don't buy it. All 3 of those mfg's have lifetime warranty's as well. Yeah they are more expensive, but it's worth it IMO.

Craftsman has not made good tools in 12 years.
The only thing that wrench is good for, and it does a damn good job at it, is for oil drain plugs. I have one on each of my oil drains at the shop, and they are very useful.
BTW, rebranding a tool is nothing new, been going on for decades. They dont make that wrench, they just sell it under their name.
