Aside from some gas, yes. Tires may need air, I haven't ridden it in over a year.

I can't because I don't know how to weld nor do I have the tab.


Here is a pic of the broken tab. There is a black chain guide that bolts to it. I have neither the tab or guide. That's what I get for letting a girl's brother ride it without my supervision.
