Default DA shifter broker. Will one from an EK work?

PO put on a shitty aftermarket short shifter. Just went to leave for work and the shifter snapped in half while going into reverse. I'm in a pinch and my cousin has a stock shifter from his 96 Civic LX sedan. Are these interchangeable?

Yes, I could go to a junkyard and get one from a DA. But I'm rideless and pressed for time. He could just bring this over to me now.
