so as is if i brought a starter and put it on i could drive it home ?

 

if it ran after the fact then yea. as far as i know its the starter.. car gets power and radio works and such on the battery with a 13.2 volt reading on the gauge.. just does not crank. it clicks... which gives me the inidication that this is what is wrong.

take a wrench and put it on the crank and try to turn it. if it turns then its the starter most likely, and if not then the motor is siezed

 

o yeah the engine definately turns
