I just had a E-cut out installed on my boosted dc integra. Its LS turbo and car ran flawless before the cut out was installed. It is in the down pipe before the cat. The car runs great thru 1st and 2nd, but can only go 1/4 throttle in boost in 3d 4th and 5th. . Runs fine w/ the cut out closed. Thanks

Is there a wideband installed?

Was anything moved? (i.e-oxygen sensor/wideband o2)

Now that you have a better free flowing exhaust when in open dump, watch your boost guage. Make sure it isn't spiking/rising in PSI. You may be hitting boost cut.

 

Your turbo loves that little bit of back pressure!? What is it doing when you get in it in 3rd, breaking up?

I did not look at the gauge... stupid me. I should check it. The 02 sensor was moved, and put in front of the cut out.
