97 Honda Accord 5spd need gone

i have up for sale again is my 97 accord the reason im selling it because i just found out im having twins added to the 3 i have already and i need a bigger car there is nothing wrong with the car mechanically runs strong and been well maintained it doesnt smoke or burn oil at all the car has a/c and p/s here is whats done to the car.
interior 10 out of 10 very mint condtion inside
exterior 7 out of 10 clear is peeling in some areas but overall very clean
F22b 115k on motor and going up this is a DD
AEM intake
WS2 full stainless steel catback exhaust
skunk2 coilovers
new struts
new crank pulley
plugs & wires
valve cover gasket set
17" konigs wrapped in nitto neogens
