1996 Acura Intgera SE

I daily drive this car it runs strong. Regular Oil Changes with Mobil 1, Car is from Texas I bought it used from a dealer in Augest 06 with 138k.
Exterior:
Car is just now starting to show signs of rust, mostly in the rear spare tire well.
Car has its fair share of dings and dents, as far as carfax and I know it hasn't been in any accidents, it has all the factory body parts except for the hood.
Clear is coming off of the Roof, hood, and spoiler has no clear left.
Engine:
Mostly stock LS motor 175k (no intake, exhaust, or header)
head was redone when i bought it (thinking the previous owner snapped the timing belt)
motor is very clean (Mobil 1)
Has Brian Crower Stage 2 NA Cams (Stock Cams will come with it as well) this really made the car pull much harder.
Stage 3 Clutch 30K on it
Trany has no grinds, regular fluid changes with Honda MTF
Solid Custom Front and Rear Motor Mounts
CEL stays on because car emits more emissions than normal because of CAMs, throwing Secondary O2 (DOES NOT affect MPG or Performance at all)
NEW Timing belt replaced at 170k with OEM Parts (Seals, Belts, Tensioner)
Both Axles in Good Condition
New Dizzy and Wires (NGK)
Suspension:
Stock struts were replaced with KYB Gr-2s 20k miles ago
Will come with 14" steelies and Acura Hubcaps some miles left starting to dry rot
JDM ITR 23mm rear sway bar w/BEAKs kit (however one side needs to be remounted, lost a bolt)
ABS does not work and is disconnected, pump needs to be replaced.
Interior:
Prelude seats
Carpet is in ok condition (tan) factory Floor Mats
20% Tint in the front
5% in the Rear
Probably Won't come with any sort of Stereo or Speakers (for 150 bucks I'll keep what I have in it, Pioneer DEHP6500 JBL Components, Kicker Co-Axles)
Car would be great for someone looking for a decently quick car with good MPG, i see 27MPG city and 32MPG hwy. With a good suspension it would compete well in a STS class autocross. Never had 1 problem with this car, it's never left me anywhere. Hate to get rid of her but need the cash. Rust is just starting since the car came from Texas its only seen salt for the last 3 years, I worked at a car wash for awhile and have free washes for life so it's been well taken care of. Been a Honda guy my whole life and always take care of my cars. I want to see her goto a good home.
DOES NOT COME WITH THE KOESI K1s Unless you want to add on $500 may part with RIMs. Tires are bald Azenis RT615s 205/50 R15

Ad says 500 bucks more they are mint. If you buy them with the car that includes the Steelies as well. I only ran the Koesi's for 3-4 months in the summer time so they have very little use.
