Default Damn cops!! need help

on tuesday my GF was driving down route 8 and she was passing a car in a passing zone. Right as she got around the car a state trooper came around the corner. She then proceeded to drive down a back road. When she got back to route 8 cose to 20 minutes later she was pulled over by the state trooper. This was approximately 5 miles from where he first saw her and close to 20 minutes later.

Do the police have any right to pull you like that? In TN they have a law that once they lose sight they cannot pull you. Any sugestions for the up comming court date?

serena having another run in with the state troopers....hehehe

but yes, they can do that. more then likely, it was richard....the new trooper. he is on the lookout for anyone, so watch your ass in floyd.....at least he didnt try to charge her with evasion. they are REAL big on that.

and my guess is this is on the section of 8 from county line to town...that is his FAVORITE place.....

sorry to not be of help....but yeah, he can do that. what was teh charge?
