wondering wut the best buildup for a crx would be, im about to get a shell in 2 weeks and want ur opinions on the best buildup..i havent decided whether N/A or FI so just ur opinions are great...my budget is 4000 to spend on the engine

And seriously man, I'm finding out the hard way and learning as I go, If you want to go fast you're gonna need more then 4000 bucks. 4000 bucks will get you a B16 swap installed and a couple little goodies. And I'm a cocky motherfucker so uhm....you won't be faster than mine.....
