Does anyone train there?
Any feedback on the place?

So far, I've heard nothing but GREAT things about it, including the classes (time) they offer compared to the price.

Few friends go there and are in the best shape of their lives along with learning self defense and the art of martial arts.

Friend of mine I used to work with at Waterside used to train there, but has now opened up Suffolk MMA with Antwain Britt (from Ultimate Fighter)

PM Fred (Japslpr) him and his wife worked there for a while until they moved. He could give you alot of details your looking for

Buck is a great guy. He is the owner and really knows his stuff. I use to train there a long time ago when I worked at the bar. I took csw classes tho.

My main goal is to lose weight. I use to take Krav Maga and the workout along with the training was intense but a lot of fun at the same time. That's sort of what I'm missing. Miss actually working for something, pushing myself to my limit, then surpassing it and also feeling like I've accomplished something. I go to the gym but with music or any other mind stimulant, running or cardio in general bores the dickens out of me.

My ultimatum would be, find something I enjoy doing that is a workout. So I figured if i take up a martial art, i will learn new things, while getting a good work out.
