99-00 civic si control arms, sway bar setup

I have a 96 civic DX that I am looking to swap the front suspension. I'm looking to add sway bars to my car and I need to get a hold control arms that can have sway bars mounted to them since mine does not. I know what I can get them through Majestic Honda, so please don't offer used parts at new prices.
So, here is what I am looking for:
1999-2000 Civic Si Front Lower Control Arms
1999-2000 Civic Si Sway bar w/brackets and bushings (prefer with endlinks as well)
1999-2000 Civic Si Shock Forks
Not necessary, but if I can get a good deal on the knuckles and front brakes then I will buy them as well.
