There is a gas range/oven, hot water heater, gas/electric refrigerator, and ducted A/C and heat. the master bedroom has cable along with the cable in the kitchen. Also there is a 18 ft awning, outside shower, 2 propane bottles, capacity for 2 batteries and four stabilizers.
