The Good: Factory referb never used by me. Comes with two wall charges one of which can be used usb to pc.
The Bad: My original would not charge (bad usb port) so Verizon shipped me a "like new" factory certified replacement on on the basses of manufactures warranty (for sale is the mailed replacement). I decided to just buy a Blackberry for my 1-year upgrade. This is why the sale.
