Exclamation Shipping a bumper...need help!

Ok I have sold my blitz bumper to someone in Florida. I need to ship it out this weekend. UPS said the package was too big. Is there a place around Hampton where I can take it to and have it shipped?? The buyer is going to pay for shipping when it arrives at her house. Where can I go??

too big? how big is it? I have shipped a whole boat kit by UPS.. was nearly 8 feet long and 3 feet wide. They have a "freight" option you can ship by as well.. you need to check their website and give them a call. Don't go through pak-mail or one of those places...

I just tried to "estimate shipping price" and i put in the dimensions.

The box is about 5 feet long, 1.5 feet wide and 1.5 feet tall....When i converted that to inches and click submit it gave me back this.

Package exceeds the maximum size total constraints of 130 inches (length + girth, where girth is 2 x width plus 2 x height).

Front bumper min. shipping to Florida is about $50-55. I get alot of bodykits from there and cali and I know these prices. We get all our stuff freight though..I'll look to see what I can do as far as shipping a kit out or something...
