im just curious why noone tells prius owners this...

i'm about to drive a prius down to south carolina for work (company car) and god knows if that thing is speeding out of control, its going straight into neutral.

I thought it was general knowledge that all automatic cars can be shifted in to neutral while in drive or reverse...

And do they not have an E-Brake?
