I do not want to be contacted by real estate agents. My parents and my wife and I are looking to buy a piece of waterfront property in one of the 3 cities listed. The lot must be large enough to either accommodate 2 homes or be able to be subdivided into 2 lots.
I know it's a long shot on here, but it's a shot and it's better than not putting the word out there that I am looking.
Looking to spend no more than $500,000-$600,000 for just the land. If there is a house included on the lot and there is room for another home to be built, obviously we can pay more.
Poquoson is the ideal city with YC being a 2nd or "equal" choice. W'burg will also be considered but we'd all like to be back in lower YC or Poquoson.
