yes there uni 4 lug.
tires are sport one. 205-45/55-17ZR i dont remeber if it was 45 or 50 or 55 haha ill look when i get home.
and offset i couldnt tell u but i had them on my mk3 golf and they looked fine.
the clearing the brakes and everything u dont have to worry about i had x3 the room.
