So Friday evening after work I washed my car in preparation for a big car day today (Cars & Coffee, Waterside show, then Jenros). I go grab some dinner then meet Mills (beachcruiser) @ Chix for some beers.... after a few cold ones I head home around 11:30. I decided to crank up the tunes and drink more beer in my garage and put some finishing touches on my car.... polish the Corsas, dress the tires, and wipe down/dress the interior. I get all done and hit the hay....

Well today I'm driving to Waterside after Cars & Coffee and see that my interior is looking dull and kind of milky... very odd.

So yeah... I detailed my entire dash, console, doors, and weatherstrips with Adams #1 metal polish instead of the VRT :willy:

They're both in similar bottles and both white liquid.... I remember wondring why the "VRT" was so runny... yeah... it wasn't VRT. I smelled the applicator foam block I used when I arrived at Waterside and confirmed.

Luckily it all cleaned off w/o any issues or long term damage.
