240sx rebuild/refresh thread
Many of you have seen my car and I wanted to start this thread to sort of document the process im undertaking of rebuilding the car, upgrading a lot of things, fixing any and all issues with the car, and swap in a new engine. When i bought this car it had an SR20DET in it but due to me needing the car as a daily at the time and lots of turbo issues i traded danny (respecgarage) the engine for a KA he had + labor + cash on top. well now i have a daily to get around in so i am swapping another SR20 back into it.
Here are pics of what the car looked like inside and out right before the tear down began (thanks to ricky (odyssey) for the pics)

Re: 240sx rebuild/refresh thread
lol sorry for the huge pics
Before i did anything to the car i made a couple of purchases that were for deals i couldnt pass up
Greddy FMIC kit - $150.00
HKS Downpipe - $100.00
I also knew i would be selling my coilovers that are currently on the car so i purchased a used stock suspension locally from a member on another forum and removed my wheels.

Those pics might be big on most people's screens but i have a 23 inch monitor and i forget that the image is bigger than i think it is...
Let me know if / when you need some update pics. I could come over one day when you are working on it and get some "in progress" shots.

They wont fit Mike! Stop it! Just get smaller tires already!
LOL, jk, his have hte tires you need but are +20 so they'll stick out a bunch.
Sick Nick! I didn't know you were doing all of this so soon! Still interested in all that AC stuff I have? Greaser was asking me about it, but my AIM fucked up and kept signing me off and I don't have his number =/.
Let me know if you need anything! I have a super sweet Vertex engine torque damper for a certain motor you might be getting.
