r12 evacuating

any one know any shops around that do this for free? called a few and they wanted to charge me.
I was just reading that people usually do this for free. idk if thats true anymore though

You do know R12 is a controlled agent right? I don't know how this is done but I'd imagine they go through a process to contain it which would mean that you would have to pay for this service.

OR.....

.....you could do it yourself. Fuck it. Who needs ozone anyways?
