Guess who got pulled over....caught on candid camera
I know who, do you!?! I wont say to protect their identity.
Cliff notes from what I observed and could hear: Honda Civic two tone, silver and black gets pulled ever nearby. Total of four cruisers on site. Two males exit the vehicle soon followed by three females. Both males are handcuffed almost immediately. I hear officer state all females are 16 years old. Some other talk about alchohol, etc. Females are released to family I believe during the event. Dont believe driver and friend were intoxicated as they were later released as well. One of the two gents later complains of me taking photos
, officer explains there is nothing he can do since its not illegal 
Driver hides at corner of the building after advisement from officer. Time of total event approximately 30-45 minutes. Time of event approx 11:15pm.
Pictures are low quality, no tripod for support. It was really dark so I set the shutter speed to about 100 to allows enough light in.

Apparently the ghetto LOL Setting looks like shit because the town council sucks. A few months ago the roof of that building caved in and the owners arent doing shit with it. Town had to come and finish knocking the roof inside so it wouldnt collapse onto the street.

i remember the thread about that car. supposedly the kid bought that car all riced out then made it just as ricey by painting it two tone.
