Bisimoto Engineering is probably one of if not the best for your dseries needs

 

lets answer these questions first:
1) forced induction (boost (turbo/supercharger)) or naturally aspirated?
2) DD or weekend warrior?
3) price range/budget?
4) what do you consider "high power"?

 

lol at port and polish the engine. if you want a high power d, you need to sleeve the block, get some vitara low comp pistons, eagle rods, balance the bottom end, port and polish the head, a good turbo cam, adjustable cam gear, vavles, springs and retainers, some big injectors, and a bigger fuel pump. I think you need to do some more searching and get a little more knowledge before you start building a motor.

im keeping stock sleeves
will be boosted
the head will be fully built
bottom end eagle rods and eagle pistons or v pistons
im will spend whatever
the hp im looking for is 400 to 500hp
