Default Learning about civics.. give me some answers

What is the engine code of teh type r? (and the price of teh motor and whatever else someone would need)
HOw hard are swaps to do?
any good civic forums? (not temple of vtec cuz it sucks)

Ever since i lost to a civic hb with a type R swap (by half a car @ teh track)

I've been wondering about swaps and wanted to learn somethin about them.. any help would be nice..

swap isnt hard at all if you know what you're doing. just a couple minor things to watch for when dropping/pulling the motor....

thanks.. so someone with no experience couldnt do this by themselves as a learning exp right?

to do a swap?..just get the helms manual..and at least have someone whose done a swap before to help you out or guide you..you should have no problems then

i know i had never done a swap before...or even worked on anything major before and i did the swap almost completely by myself. there are lots of resources on the internet and definately get a manual of some sort...i used Hanes and it had everything i could possibly need for the switch. As long as you do some research and have some car knowledge you can do it.
