Can someone recommend a cheap/good lawn service in Virginia Beach?

Default Can someone recommend a cheap/good lawn service in Virginia Beach?
Looking to get a lawn service to come out and do my yard either weekly or bi-weekly. Does anyone have a company or individual they'd recommend? I'm hoping to find someone that does good work for not too much. I keep hearing of quotes around $40/mow but I'm hoping to pay about $25. Any recommendations?

25 dollars? if I was a landscaper I'd come in and do everyone's yards for 25 and undercut the competition.
