Default Help with a Passat V6 and Timing Belt

2001 Passat V6. This is not a VR6 but the Audi/VW 30V 2.8. I have just under 60K on the car and need to do the job. I have a couple links but they are all Audi related.

I know the engine is the same but I hear on the Passat that the front of the car does not swing out of the way in the same fashion. Anyone on this board ever do this job? How hard is it really? I have done a Timing Belt change on a 1st Gen Integra, Lots of work on Nissans, and I am pretty good with doing my own work. I just have very little experiance on a VW and this engine would be very expensive to replace. Any suggestions.
