Car wont crank over has been sitting for about a month. Assuming its the balance shaft belt which snapped. Could be an easy fix or could be some time spent to fix it. But for the person whos willing to finish the project its a great deal. Also the turbo is blown. Had an FP White on there but has gone doo doo. Loads of shaft play.

You can build the bottom end, replace the turbo and should be set to go.
