Default need to borrow a drill

name. Ian
location. Hampton/New market

If someone has an electric drill with drill bits for drilling into metal, id greatly apreciate it if i could borrow it for a couple hours. I need to put some holes in my firewall but dont have the equipment to do so. I dont have any money to rent but i can let you hold something as collateral. I can also pick up/meet you somewhere. TIA!

Need some bits like ones pictured, except for metal use. (dont know what theyre called)

You want either carbide , cobalt, or high speed steel, pref TiN coated and the other as farbrik8 said, hole saws. I have both - but honestly, those are essential to any tool box so you should buy. And before you say "well I can't afford to" well then may be you shouldn't be modding your car. . .

i do plan on buying these, along with plenty of other tools, but i just started my job and havent gotten a paycheck yet. Im just being impatient and trying to get my car back on the road asap.
Is it a possibility that i could borrow these tools? Or you could come over and drill the holes for me if you dont trust other people with your tools? I'd greatly apreciate it!!!

Im not asking anyone for any money. Im asking to borrow tools, which i have done in the past and had no problems with it.

Try posting an ad in the wanted section or tools section on craigslist. I once needed to drill a hole with a 1/2" drill required for the drill bit, but my drill is only 3/8". 1/2" drills are remarkably more expensive and since it was only a one time usage, I posted an ad and got a few people who were willing to help me. I would lend a drill, but I would not lend my drill bits. They can get damaged and worn down.

What are you having to repair on your car that requires drilling thru the firewall?
