Default Bi xenon hid install: only passenger side working

My old hid kit was low beam only so I'm now replacing it with a bi xenon kit and only the passenger side comes on. everything is grounded, I'm noticing"extra" connectors on the drivers side that the harness does not seem to need, basically I'm lost here
Any help would be great,thanks.

try flipping the plug around, if it is reversible.

yea with the bi-xenon kits i've used you only plug in to one of the headlight harness's and run it to the other side. Just make sure at the other side there is a seperate ground for that ballast that has to be grounded. I missed it on one of my kits once so just double and quadruple check. If that doesn't work switch ballast and see if it comes on. If still not working swap bulbs and see what happens. If any of those fix the problem you know which part is bad.
