Sounds like it could be possibly one of two things, either a faulty fuel pump or a real bad vacuum leak. Check all your vacuum hoses for leaks and download an emission diagram to make sure they are routed correctly. Also make sure the spark plug wires are in the correct firing order. Hope this helps

ok, so my car has been bogging a little under heavy eccelaration or in low rpm's for a while now.i changed plugs and wires. and it didnt help.yesterday i parked it and when i came outside i tried to start and it started for a second and bogged down and cut off. it kept doing taht to this day. i changed thej fuel filter because i did run it on e befor this happened. today i found out if i start the car, and keep holding the clutch down and keep hold of teh key all the way clockwise, the car stays on. when i let go of either, the car shuts off...i disconnected the harness from ignition switch and tried to start it w/ that and it stil did the same thing, so im guesing its not teh whole ig switch.....any insight would be GREATEFULLY appriciated

i also tried a new ignition harness today.....i found out where the clutch ignition switch is, its all wet around that area....if the switch was bad though i think it wouldnt even try to crank...is there anything next to it that could have gotten wet and caused this problem???

but i took the white cylinder or w.e u call it that you can turn w/ a screwdriver off and it did the same thing?that means its not the ignition switch right? because im not using it?
