i just ordered a 2 1/2" exhaust cutout from summit and they sent me a 3" instead. this cutout is a slip fit design, welding it on is not required but can be welded also. comes with block off plate, wing nuts, and exhaust clamps for it to be clamped on also. $20 im in richmond virginia (804)690-9577 text me
