Any one seen this http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/index.html? It looks like a nice peace and one of the top dogs over on srtforums has one and likes it a lot. Apparently it can data log so you can get a RPM reading then do a chart with A/F on a RPM graph.

 

Yeah. A wideband O2 sensor is a really good way to do some tuning. The WRX comes stock with a wideband sensor. Which is why most aftermarket A/F gauges won't work with it. TurboXS is supposedly releasing a unit which will let the UTEC read the wideband O2, but nobody has any idea when....

 

can you confirm this? i was lead to believe that stock wrx's didnt have a wideband o2.

I know they are releasing a self tuning device called the 'TUNA' but it will comprimise its own wideband bosch sensor.

I would really like to know which o2 sensor is the wideband one. on the stock wrx. Most a/f gauges ie, autometer and those flicker light shits are useless. And all real wideband gauges come with their own lean burn 5 wire sensor.

the rear is for sure a 4 wire narrowband...

The front i believe is also a narrowband but more responsive than the rear because its used as a feedback loop instead of your basic temp sensor for the cat.

its not ur typical 1 volt sensor, but also not a true wideband.

 

So it's a "somewhat-wideband-sensor".....

 

Srt has a true 5V wideband. Supposedly you can get a Greddy E-01 and tap the wire for the O2 sensor then set the voltage range in the E-01 for it and it becomes an O2 wideband reader. The catch is you have to fig. Out the max and min voltage reading and put that into the E-01. No one knows what those readings are and no one seems to know how to get them.

 

oh yah, but you can take the unit above and hook it up to the e-01 and it will give you a graphical interface.
