are the R1 coilovers any good? lookin to put them on a 00 Integra LS...what else has a good ride and handling and also affordable? thanks

If your looking for a "inexpensive" suspension kit, try the Tenzo Ones. I had them on my old EK for temp. and never took them off. I've tried the R1's, HP's, SPW's those are all the "inexpensive" ones out of those four I would go with the tenzo's or SPW's. Also If you do get these PLLLLLLLEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSEEEEEEEE upgrade your shock/strut setup...thanks!

if you want a cheap drop with high quality, buy skunk 2 springs, about a 2 1/4 in drop and they run 150-180, the coilovers are 250-350
