New guy here in NOVA!
Hey everyone,
I was wasting time while waiting for pizza and saw a maroon 240sx burnin up over by LeeHigh Auto so I followed it and ended up at Auto Expectations. There were a ton of other Nissans and saw a Datsun! I just moved to the area and trying to find some car guys, and girls. I have a 1974 Datsun 260z that I swapped in a l28et with Megasquirt. I also have a 2002 ZO6, and my girlfriend has a 2010 GTI. I attached a pic of both cars, well engine bay of the Z cuz the body is gross.
Do people usually chill over at AutoEx, or are there other places different nights. I'd like to come by and see the shop, and also down to go to some meets.
Anyone useful when it comes to old Z's and megasquirt?
Thanks,
Joe

Nothing nice to say to a new person in the area? There's no introduction forum, so I posted here to introduce myself to ALL of VA, not just the NOVA section. Yes, it is a miracle to see older Datsuns on the East Coast because of the winter weather and the cheap sheet metal they were made of. And yes, Megasquirt does sound dirty.
