My lease at my current place is up November 15th (so move in day would be around there)

Rent is $650 (thats due on the 1st of each month)
it includes all utilities + internet + cable

It is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath 1500 squ ft single family home. w/ attatched single car garage and screened in porch in the rear w/ a big front and back yard.

The setup is I would be in the master bedroom and would be using the bathroom in there mostly.... you would have the other bedroom (same size as master just w/out bathroom in it) and would be using the main bathroom.

roommate must have good dependable source of income, and basic qualifications of a good roommate... and NO PARTIES at my house. the house has a den, living room, and a spare bedroom so there is plenty of room

no. you wont make it w/ driveway. however this is a residential side road (not a lot of traffic at all) and i am confident that you would have no problem whatsoever parking in front of the house
