firing order and firing problem
i have a 94 EG hatch with a B18A1 LS motor i have in it and im having firing problems sometimes it will have a spark and other times it wont. the motor turning but its not firing someone told me it was the ignition module so i changed that last night and its doing the same thing and im trying to get this hatch on the road so i can stop driving a gas guzzler when im working every night. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!! thanks Rob

that firing order placement is all wrong. 1-3-4-2 is correct, but 1 is relative to the distributor cap. your number 1 should be towards the back of the dizzy cap towards the lower radiator hose.

The dizzy in the picture is not necessarily going to look the same as yours, and most likely isn't.

Have you checked that the ignition module and ignition coil are getting power? Don't just say "the fuse looks good", go and check that you actually have power at the coil and module connectors.

i took the 2 module to auto zone last night and they both failed so the guy that worked there tried a brand new one right off the shelf and that failed so i'm going to try some more places today.
