I have a 1997 BMW m3 4dr 5speed. The car has 155,xxx on it and will go up since ts my dd. The car is silver with black leather. The mods that are on the car currently are billstien pss9 coilovers, eibach front sway bar, roar carbon intake, supersprint cat back exhaust, ssr sp1 18x8.5 et43 with bfg tires 75% tread left. Have all the stock suspension to go with with the car. Now onto the bad part. There is a rust spot right under the rear driver side tail light. vx2000 black with blue inserts i got them and was gonna fix them up. they are by no means the nicest seats on the block but they are still in decent shape. i will sell them with the harness for $100 first come first serve. i will post pics tomorrow.

is the maintenance up to date? (rear trailing arm bushings, rsm, radiator, wp, thermostat, normal bmw stuff...) does the AC/heat work? has it ever overheated? any other issues?

I know the rtabs have been done. All that was in the plans to upgrade but haven't gotten to it yet so no. The heat and ac work fine and it's never overheated on me.
My wife wants me too keep the car so I don't take a big loss on it but if I get a good offer then it will go. If not them I am gonna start up grading more but who knows. I'm gonna paint the kosies black as soon as it drys out.
Both sets of wheels are for sale if anybody wants them. I will trade the kosies for ds1 with good tires and some cash on your end.

nope havent had a problem with it so i havent messed with it. this is all as far as i know. i have only had the car for just over a year so it may have been done before i got the car so im going to have to go with no it hasnt been done.
