Neff Rental norfolk is looking for a diesel mechanic. Your own tools are needed. No certifications needed but know what you are doing. We are looking to hire soon. Friendly environment, but be thick skinned. No one is off limits at the branch to be made fun of. We have a tendency to be a bit closer than some places. Our region V.P. bought us grill and we like to use it (I’m fat and like to eat). We also like to keep things in house. There is a chain of command to go thru if you feel something is messed up, but we have a VERY liberal open door policy. What is said in my office stays in my office. I am looking for someone to step up and tell me there opinion. My ideas are not always the best one, you may have something better. If I think it is better then we will run with it. Also no big ego.
