How is it under warranty if it's jailbroken? I know personally that it voids the warranty if cydia has been installed. Just curious, not trying to bash at all.

I have cydia hidden. and for someone looking for the phone for it's jailbroken aspect have that and for those who want a new phone under warranty I could easily restore it to a clean update. should have made that more clear. thanks for pointing that out.
